It is rare that our menu of technical content is cooked only in DITA. We often have other dishes and ingredients such as non-structured content, HTML, wiki content, markdown, API docs…
Users want to find and consume our delicious content in many locations. We may have a corporate web site, doc portal, dev portal, community portal, support portal – not to mention our in-product help, apps and offline view.
In this test kitchen, we will demonstrate how all your technical content dishes can be served together across multiple digital delivery channels simultaneously, regardless of how we cooked them.
Meet the Presenter
Joe Gelb has over twenty years of experience helping enterprises implement, maintain and capitalize on structured content. At Zoomin, he has spearheaded the development of advanced technology solutions for dynamic content delivery. Prior to founding Zoomin and Suite Solutions, Joe was the CTO at Live Linx, a leading provider of software and system integration services for technical product information, where he designed and implemented solutions for aerospace, defense, manufacturing and hi-tech companies. Joe holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
