Localizable DITA – Automatic Conversion of Measurements
I will present specializations for the definition of measurements (dimensions, temperature, time, etc.). Once these are established, I will show how an automated localization process becomes possible using a fairly simple XSL transformation.
The XSL can be used independent of the DITA-OT, either before or after sending the DITA materials to the translation agency. If the translation workflow is automated, this XSLT can simply be added to that workflow.
