Who is presenting?
Marion Knebel supports clients regarding tools and processes for technical documentation. She has a tech writing background, but she is equally intrigued by the technical details of XML-based authoring solutions and loves to dig into a DITA DTD or a Relax NG definition.
As technical consultant Mark Schubert helps customers from the IT industry to choose authoring software and single-source publishing solutions and put them into practice. DITA, Docbook and XML in general are his daily business and the foundation to create user-friendly information.
