When a Field Agent is visiting a customer to upgrade their product, he or she very often needs a combination of fairly customized documentation.
There is the standard upgrade documentation for the brand new product release maintained in DITA xml by the technical documentation guys.
There is all the stuff documenting the customer’s special configuration of the product. This is maintained by both the field agent and the project manager in charge of the customer’s business requirements. In previous jobs Soren har been leading DITA XML implementations in both large corporations and smaller businesses. He has 12 years of hands-on experience with technical documentation as a Technical Writer, Content Architect and Information Architect and PM.
