A Rose by Any Other Name: A Shakespearean Guide to Taxonomy

In this session, they will become known for the insight and advice they offer to technical communicators tasked to create a taxonomy strategy for their content. Take a look at the plays you studied in school through a new lens and learn from the wisdom of Hamlet, Richard II, King Lear, Julius Caesar, the Merchant of Venice, Romeo and Juliet, and others.
